Shipping policy

We currently deliver to Hong Kong however are actively working to open up international shipping option very soon.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders of HKD$300 or more. 


STANDARD SHIPPING (SF EXPRESS)

We use SF Express as our delivery partner.

For all orders under HK$300, we charge a flat fee of HKD$30 for delivery - this is the rate we pay, and do not add any processing fees on top of this. 

Delivery on Mondays to Fridays.


SAME DAY SHIPPING

Same-day shipping will automatically be applied if your order is eligible by meeting the following conditions:

  1. The delivery address is within the service scope of same-day delivery for SF Express.
  2. The order is placed by 10:30 a.m. HKT. 

Delivery on Mondays to Fridays.

Note: Whilst we cannot guarantee same-day delivery, we will always strive to ensure this is applied where possible. 


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

For pick-ups, we ship to all SF/EF Lockers, SF Stores, and SF Service Partners (including, 7/11, Circle K, Shell, and more). 

We ship to all commercial and residential addresses.


SHIPPING TIMES

  • Same-Day Shipping (automatically done if eligible) - Orders will be delivered by 6 pm or 8 pm on the same day* depending on the delivery location 
  • Standard Delivery - typically 1-2 working days*.  For remote areas and outlying islands**, the delivery can take slightly longer. 

*Deliveries are done on Mondays to Fridays

**Remote areas include: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ma Wan, Tai O, Po Lin Monastery, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, Hon Kong Disneyland


TRACKING NUMBERS

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. You can use this to keep track of where your order is and when it will be delivered.
