Are all Barista Baba Coffee beans roasted in Australia?

Yes! Our beans are sourced from some of the finest growers around the world, and brought to Australia where it is roasted before coming straight to us here in Hong Kong.

Do you advise pressing the “Espresso” button twice when using Barista Baba Capsules?

Absolutely, go for it! Pressing the single espresso button on your capsule machine twice will give a larger volume of coffee, just slightly diluted, but still with a strong coffee aroma and taste.

Are the coffee capsules compatible with Nespresso coffee capsule machines?

All our capsules are only compatible with Nespresso Coffee Capsule Machines, whether made by Nespresso or any other brand.

Are the coffee capsules recyclable?

You bet! Let’s give back to the planet by doing our part and recycling used coffee capsules and coffee grounds.

I don't have a bean grinder, can you grind it for me?

We absolutely can - however please note we will have to open your bag of beans in order to grind it, so it will arrive already opened to you. As a result, we will not be able to cater to returns or refunds for these.

What is the best way to store the coffee beans?

Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight. For best quality and freshness, do not refrigerate or freeze. Make sure to keep the beans sealed in our bags in any container you desire, as long as it’s airtight.

What is the best way to store the coffee capsules?

Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight. For best quality and freshness, do not refrigerate or freeze.

Have you got any tips to make better coffee at home?

We have a few tips to help you get the best out of our coffee:

  1. Make sure the beans are airtight and away from sunlight
  2. Do not keep the capsules or beans in the refrigerator or freezer
  3. If you have not used your coffee machine in a while, run it through an empty cycle so fresh water can pour through and clean the inner tubes.
  4. If using milk, we recommend between 50-150ml of milk (dairy or non-dairy) depending on the coffee variant and style of coffee you like.
How long does your coffee last for?

While our capsule boxes and coffee bean bags have a best-by date on them, we recommend using coffee bean bags within 3 months of opening and the capsules within 6 months of receiving them.


Can I make changes to my order?

Please note that once orders have been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to cancel your order. If the order has already been shhipped, we will guide you through the return process. Please note this could take a while as we will need to inspect the product when returned.

I made a mistake in the shipping address, can you help me change it?
