We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your package is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your coffee bean bag and/or capsule box must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will incur a return charge, the cost of which depends on your location.

Please note that refunds will be processed after the returns has been received and checked.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. Please ensure to send us photos clearly showing the damages.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Changes / Exchanges
Any changes to orders can be made prior to the order being shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item before we send you your desired product. Please do not send your return without reaching out to us first. Click here to contact us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
